Best Windproof Umbrella for Rainy Season [Australia]

THE UMBRELLA IS GOOD FOR WHEN IT'S JUST RAINING KIND OF HARD. BUT ONCE IT STARTS COMING DOWN IN BUCKETS AND IT'S WINDY; THIS UMBRELLA DOES NOT HOLD UP THAT WELL.

Is a very nice umbrella, but it was too large to keep in the side pocket of my vehicle. More like a golf umbrella. If you want a really large one, this is the one for you. Seems sturday.

If its raining a lot this umbrella will keep you dry until the umbrella gets wet, which is not long, and the rain comes through the material in drips and start popping you in the head and face. After closing the umbrella you see the wetness on the inside as well as outside of it. No good. Good thing I didn't have to walk far or stay in the rain too long.

I love the light blue color. Yes, it opens when you push the button. So far, so good. The "auto" close is very minimal, however. Maybe it was operator error, but getting it back into the sleeve was a struggle. We'll see how it goes.

The vented design works wonders in preventing it from flipping inside out during strong gusts, and the automatic open feature is convenient and smooth. However, I was disappointed with its durability. Despite its robust build and promising features, it stopped working properly after a few months of use.
